The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has uploaded the supplementary list of candidates found eligible under the CW (Children/Widows of Armed Forces Personnel) category for admission to undergraduate medical courses under the 85% Delhi Quota for 2026-27. The list, dated 11 August 2026 and prepared by the Faculty of Medical Sciences (FMSc), University of Delhi, names 29 candidates and is available on mcc.nic.in under News & Events.
The timing is critical. Round 1 registration for NEET UG counselling 2026 closes at 3:00 PM today, 12 August, and choice filling ends at 11:00 AM on 13 August. Candidates whose names appear in this supplementary list must complete their MCC registration and choice filling within these windows to be considered under the CW quota in Round 1.

Why a Supplementary List Was Issued
FMSc had already released its main CW eligibility list on 4 August 2026. On 9 August, the Faculty issued a notice (No. FMDS//2026/CW-NEET) stating that, on the recommendations of MCC and the Directorate General of Health Services, the University had decided to reopen the online CW portal.
The window ran from 5:00 PM on 9 August to 8:00 AM on 11 August, with the notice stating clearly that no extension would be granted and no uploads accepted after the deadline. The notice, signed by Assistant Registrar (Medical) Arvind Giri, said the University would verify and forward the list of eligible candidates to MCC so that it reached the Committee before registration closed.
Priority-Wise Breakdown
Under the CW scheme, seats are not allotted on NEET rank alone. Candidates are considered by their assigned priority first, then by All India Rank within that priority.

Remember: In one case, the priority claimed by the candidate was revised by the Ministry of Defence during verification and the applicant was moved to Priority VIII as the ward of a serving JCO. The revision is recorded in the remarks column of the list.
Priorities in the list are those assigned by the Kendriya Sainik Board (KSB), the Ministry of Home Affairs and the War Widows and Rehabilitation Board (WARB) after scrutiny of the Educational Concession Certificate (ECC) submitted by each applicant.
