Reporting Window and Process
Allotted candidates have a seven-day window, from 10:30 am on September 17 to 5:30 pm on September 23, to physically report to their allotted institutes. AACCC has instructed all participating institutes to facilitate admission and reporting even on holidays if necessary to ensure candidates complete the process within this window.
The notice makes clear that admission is valid only when carried out online. Institutes must generate a Provisional Admission Letter through the AACCC UG portal for each candidate; any admission made outside this online process will be treated as null and void.
Withdrawal Rules and Penalty
AACCC has laid down a specific penalty clause for late withdrawals. Candidates admitted in Round 1 who withdraw their seat during the period starting three days before Round 3 begins and continuing until the Round 3 final result is published — excluding the result date itself — will become ineligible for any further AACCC UG counselling in the current admission cycle.
Round 2 and Round 3 Timeline
As per the counselling schedule notified by AACCC in August, Round 2 registration and choice filling are scheduled for late September, with seat allotment expected around October 1 and reporting to follow. Round 3 is expected in the second half of October, followed by stray vacancy rounds in November. These dates were set out before the Round 1 schedule itself was revised, so candidates should track the official AACCC UG counselling page for updated Round 2 and Round 3 timelines rather than relying on the original schedule alone.
