Document Verification and Reporting Schedule
According to the official notice, candidates allotted seats in Round 1 must complete two steps within the given dates.

- Document verification and admission: August 27 to August 31, 2026, at the allotted institute.
Candidates must carry their allotment letter along with original documents and self-attested photocopies to the college they have been allotted. Admission is confirmed only after the institute verifies the documents and the candidate pays the applicable fee and security deposit.

- NEET (UG) 2026 admit card and scorecard or rank card.

What Happens After August 31
Candidates who do not complete document verification and admission within the given window will not be able to retain their Round 1 allotted seat.
