The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has declared the Final Allotment Result for Round 1 of NEET UG 2026 counselling. Candidates can check their allotted college, course, and category on the official website, mcc.nic.in, using their registration credentials. This result follows two provisional revisions issued over the past four days and marks the end of the Round 1 allotment process.

Key Highlights

  • MCC declared the Round 1 Final Allotment Result on August 24, 2026.
  • The result covers admission to MBBS, BDS, and B.Sc Nursing programmes under the 15% All India Quota (AIQ) and 100% seats in AIIMS, JIPMER, AFMC, and central and deemed universities.
  • The final list follows the Provisional Result (August 20), the Revised Provisional Result (August 22), and the Revised Provisional Result II (August 24).
  • A total of 29,945 seats were allotted in Round 1, a figure that held steady through each revision. Candidates can now approach their allotted institute for reporting and admission formalities.
  • Choice filling and locking for Round 1 took place between August 6 and August 18, 2026.

Why the Result Went Through Multiple Revisions

MCC first released the Round 1 provisional result on August 20. It issued a revision on August 22 after identifying an error in the uploading of PwD certificates by Primary Assessment Centres, followed by a second revision, Revised Provisional Result II, on August 24. Each provisional stage carried a grievance window during which candidates could flag discrepancies through the Candidates Grievances and Query Redressal System. With the final grievance window closed, MCC has now published the Final Allotment Result, which candidates can act on for admission.

What Candidates Should Do Now

Candidates allotted a seat in the Final Result must download their allotment letter from the MCC counselling portal and report to the allotted institute within the prescribed window. Unlike the provisional stages, candidates can now visit and complete admission formalities at their allotted college on the basis of this Final Result.

Documents typically required at reporting include the NEET UG admit card and scorecard, Class 10 and 12 certificates, category certificate where applicable, and valid photo identification, along with any category- or quota-specific documents.
