The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala, has published the provisional seat allotment for Round 1 of Kerala NEET UG 2026 counselling on the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in. The final Round 1 allotment list will be published on August 27, 2026, after which allotted candidates must pay the fee and join their colleges. Candidates can check their provisional allotment status by logging in with their application number and password on the candidate portal.
The provisional list was released on August 25, 2026, for MBBS, BDS and other medical and allied courses covered under the Kerala Centralised Allotment Process. It is an indicative list, not an admission offer. Reported figures place the number of candidates allotted seats in this round at around 5,892; CEE Kerala has not published a separate press statement confirming the count.

Why the Provisional List Matters

If a candidate finds an error in category, reservation claim, rank or option order, the complaint has to be raised with CEE Kerala within the notified window, which closed on August 26.
Allotments can change between the provisional and final lists. A seat shown in the provisional list is confirmed only after it appears in the final Round 1 allotment on August 27.
