  2. Go to the “Allotment List” tab on the counselling portal.
  3. Open the Round 1 provisional seat allotment result link.
  4. Use Ctrl+F to search the PDF by roll number or name, or log in with registered credentials to view individual allotment status.
  5. Note the allotted college and course, and download or print the allotment result for reference.

Reporting and Admission Process

Candidates allotted a seat in Round 1 must report to their allotted medical or dental college between August 21 and 27, 2026, to confirm admission. During this window, candidates also have the option to apply for upgradation to a higher preference in the next round, or to resign from the allotted seat online if they do not wish to continue.

What If You Are Not Allotted a Seat

Candidates who do not receive a seat in Round 1, or who wish to try for a better college or course, are not required to take any action to stay in contention. They automatically remain eligible for Round 2 and subsequent rounds of MP NEET UG counselling 2026, for which DME MP is expected to announce a separate schedule after Round 1 admissions conclude.
