Rajasthan NEET UG 2026 PwBD/PwD Seat Matrix
The Rajasthan NEET UG Counselling Board publishes a separate PwBD/PwD seat matrix each round, so candidates who qualify under the disability reservation can see exactly which colleges and courses have seats set aside for them, ahead of choice filling. The Round 2 matrix, dated September 7, lists availability across government MBBS seats, seats at the state’s newer government medical colleges, BDS seats at two dental institutions, and management-quota seats at private and deemed colleges.
Among the six long-established government medical colleges, SMS Medical College, Jaipur, and Sardar Patel Medical College, Bikaner, list the highest PwBD allocation with seven seats each, followed by six seats each at Udaipur and Kota, and five each at Jodhpur and Ajmer. A smaller allocation of one seat each is listed at ESIC Medical College, Alwar, and RUHS College of Medical Sciences, Jaipur.
The 25 newer government medical colleges, most opened in the last few admission cycles across districts such as Jhalawar, Banswara, Baran, Barmer, Bhilwara, Bundi, Chittorgarh, Churu, Dausa, Dholpur, Dungarpur, Hanumangarh, Jaisalmer, Jhunjhunu, Karauli, Nagaur, Pali, Sawai Madhopur, Sikar, Sirohi, Sri Ganganagar and Tonk, carry between one and two PwBD seats each. On the dental side, Government Dental College, Jodhpur, and RUHS College of Dental Sciences, Jaipur, are the only two institutions with PwBD-reserved BDS seats.
Management quota seats, spread across 25 medical colleges, make up the remaining 50 PwBD seats in the matrix, in addition to the 74 government seats.
The release comes in the middle of an active Round 2 cycle. The counselling board had opened fresh registration and fee payment from September 6 to 8, with choice filling running from September 7 to 10, auto-locking at 11:45 pm on the last day. The provisional merit list, along with separate lists for defence, paramilitary and NRI candidates, is due by midnight on September 8. Seat allotment results are scheduled for September 14, followed by reporting to allotted colleges between September 15 and 18, with the academic session set to begin on September 15.
Candidates seeking a seat under the PwBD category should check the matrix against their own qualifying category and college preference before the choice-locking deadline, since seat availability can change between rounds based on Round 1 outcomes and any fresh vacancies reported by colleges.
